UFC on FOX 14 Results: Sicilia Brutally KOs Corassani in Round 1

Sam Sicilia kept his composure through the opening minutes of the fight and weathered some dangerous shots from Akira Corassani to score a brutal knockout win in the first round.

Sicilia feigned a left hook which made Corassani duck down. Sicilia saw this and blasted him with an uppercut. Corassani backed up and got caught with a follow up right hand that sent him crashing to the ground. Corassani was out cold before his head even bounced off the canvas. The referee was not close by so Sicilia landed one final blow for good measure. It was unnecessary, but the referee should have been closer to the action.
