UFC Gets Class Action Case Moved To Home Turf
The UFC have won a small battle in the war that is the anti-trust lawsuit filed against them.
The lawsuit, filed by MMA fighters including Jon Fitch, Cung Le and Nate Quarry, was originally filed in San Jose, California.
Zuffa filed for a change in venue, hoping to have the proceedings moved to Las Vegas, Nevada.
According to court transcripts the judge granted Zuffa the change, ruling that the proceedings will now take place in Nevada, the UFC’s home turf.
