UFC’s Almeida Calls Out ‘Miesha Tate’s BF Or Husband, I Don’t Know’

Exciting prospect and UFC bantamweight Thomas Almeida is looking for his next opponent and although he says he’ll fight anyone, he does have a certain someone in mind.

The undefeated Brazilian told Sexto Round that he would like to fight in Brazil on Nov. 7 when the UFC returns to the country.

A name that did come up was Bryan Caraway, who Almeida says he would like to fight because of his big name, you know, since he’s Miesha Tate’s boyfriend or husband or whatever.

“Whoever the UFC puts in front of me, that’s who I’ll fight. There’s nowhere to run now, I’m in the top 10. If I could choose, I wouldn’t want to fight a Brazilian, I’d rather fight a foreigner, especially if it’s here in Sao Paulo. I would like to fight here on November 7. I told the UFC I’d be ready for any event, but it would be really nice if I could fight here at home.”

“I think Bryan Caraway would be a cool fight. He’s Miesha Tate’s boyfriend or husband, I don’t know. So there’s already some interest from the media. I think that would get me more attention. Especially if it happens here in Sao Paulo. It would be cool to fight him.”
