WATCH! Joanna Jedrzejczyk breaks down after UFC 193 title defense

Joanna Jedrzejczyk left it all in the octagon on Saturday night when she clashed with Valerie Letourneau in front of more than 50,000 screaming fans in Melbourne, Australia. Jedrzejczyk was able to secure the big win and retain her UFC Women’s Strawweight Championship, but she didn’t escape unscathed as Letourneau landed her fair share of shots before her decision loss.

Fighting is one of the toughest things a human being can do and just like a fighter can suffer an adrenaline dump in the middle of a fight, they can experience emotional dumps as well.
