White on UFC 176 Issues: I Don’t Want to Think About That Right Now…
With the recent injury of UFC Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo, UFC 176 is in some real trouble.
The next pay-per-view for the Ultimate Fighting Championship lost its main-event and the draw-factor for the card has decreased as a result of it. As it stands, the new main-event would be Ronaldo Souza vs. Gegard Mousasi which would be a fantastic fight, but there is little draw behind it. Rumors are floating around the card is in risk of being canceled.
When asked about it by a member of the media at the UFC 175 Post Fight Presser, Dana White addressed the issue with a short, aggressively happy response. “I have no idea. I don’t care. I don’t even want to think about that right now. I am in the best mood I’ve been in a long time— I don’t give a s**t about what’s going on with that fight right now! I just want to take this in and enjoy my weekend.”
He concluded with, “Believe me… I will have a million nightmares on Monday that I will deal with.”
