For some, the preparation pays off with a lightning quick win while their opponents face the misery of getting defeated in a matter of seconds. In this video, we take a look at the boxing match between Miguel Carrizoza and Ryan Garcia for the vacant NABF Junior Super Featherweight Title. The two met in September where Garcia won the fight in less than a minute after dropping Carrizoza twice in a matter of seconds with the referee calling an end to the fight at 30 seconds of the very first round.
