One of the biggest fights in boxing is set to take place in 2023. On Thursday, Gervonta Davis and Ryan Garcia took to social media to announce they will be fighting one another sometime in 2023 in Las Vegas. It’s also fight both men have wanted for quite some time now, as they have taken multiple shots at one another.

On Saturday, Paul publicly released his hit list, and Davis was among the fighters who Paul says that he wants to eventually fight. At 25-0, Davis is one of the top young superstars in boxing, but he did not take kindly to seeing Paul publicly call him out. Taking to his social media not long after Paul released his hit list, Davis reacted to being a name on the list.

Boxing superstar Gervonta Davis stopped Mario Barrios in the 11th round of their boxing match on Saturday night in Atlanta, Georgia. Davis entered this fight with a perfect 24-0 professional boxing record with 23 of those wins coming by knockout, and he upped that to 25-0 with 24 knockouts when he stopped Barrios with strikes in round 11. It was another incredible performance by “The One,” who proved once again that he is one of the hardest P4P punchers in the world right now. Lightweight boxing star Ryan Garcia is calling for a match against Gervonta Davis just days after Gervonta knocked out Leo Santa Cruz. Davis picked up a devastating KO win over Cruz this past weekend in San Antonio, Texas. In his first appearance in the boxing ring in 2020, Davis picked up a sixth-round KO win to improve his overall boxing record to a perfect 24-0 with 23 knockouts. Davis is one of the top fighters at lightweight right now and so is Garcia, so a fight between them in the near future is certainly a possibility.

Gervonta Davis squared off with Leo Santa Cruz in front of nine thousand fans at San Antonio’s Alamodome yesterday evening. The highly anticipated super-featherweight bout served as the headliner of Saturday’s Showtime PPV event and did not disappoint. Davis and Cruz went back and forth for the first five rounds in a seemingly competitive matchup. However, in round six Gervonta was able to find a home for a wicked left uppercut that sent his Mexican opponent crashing to the canvas in a state of unconsciousness.

For those unfamiliar, the Maryland-born fighter, Davis (25-years-old), is undefeated in his professional career boasting a record of 23-0. He is a two-weight world champion following his most recent TKO victory over Yuriorkis Gamboa in which he captured the vacant WBA lightweight title.
