A heavyweight boxing match between undefeated fighters Tyson Fury (27-0-1) and Tom Schwarz (24-0) took place this evening at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The bout marked Fury’s first appearance since fighting reigning WBC title holder Deontay Wilder to a draw this past December in Los Angeles.

Many thought that the former IBF, WBA, WBO and IBO lineal heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury, did enough to deserve a win over Wilder on December 1. With that said, a rematch between the pair is highly sought after.

As for ‘The Gypsy King’s’ opponent, Tom Schwarz entered tonight’s main event sporting a perfect professional record of 24-0. The German heavyweight champion, Schwarz, entered tonight’s contest with Fury a +1000 underdog.

As reported by ESPN, Tyson Fury was getting PAID for tonight’s bout with Schwarz. Check out the official fighter salaries here.

Fury was able to make it look easy tonight against Schwarz, scoring a second round TKO victory (watch that here).
