First Las Vegas casino accepting bets on Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor with staggering odds

If you’re the betting type and are able to place a wager in Las Vegas, Nevada, a casino has started accepting bets on a Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor boxing match with staggering odds.

Jeff Sherman, the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook Manager tweeted that the Westgate Resort and Casino in Las Vegas in now accepting bets for the fight that has not yet been made official.

If you feel that McGregor has any chance of beating Mayweather, you will be happy to find where the odds have opened up.

Sherman tweeted:

“now open for wagering …

Conor McGregor +1100
Floyd Mayweather -2500

*must take place by 5/31/2018*”

With those kinds of odds and with the die-hard fans that McGregor has, there will surely be money being put on “The Notorious.”

Although things are slowly moving closer to a superfight being arranged between boxing and mixed martial arts’ biggest stars, Mayweather made it clear on Instagram Wednesday that nothing is close to being finalized.

“There seems to be several rumors floating around media recently. However, let the record show, there hasn’t been any deals made in regards to a fight between myself and any other fighters. I am happily retired and enjoying life at this time. If any changes are to come, be sure that I will be the first to let the world to know.”

“Although there has been several rumors circulating thru media suggesting that I will have an upcoming fight, I’d like to set that record straight and state that there has been no deals made on my behalf in regards to a bout with any fighter at this time. I am happily retired and enjoying my life! Rest assured that if any changes come about, I will be the first to let the world know!”

“Listen, Conor McGregor, if you really want to get this fight done… take care of your business with the UFC and then have your people get in touch with my people.”
