VIDEO | 50 Cent reasons why he could beat Conor McGregor in a street fight
The rivalry between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor seems to have come to an end.
Mayweather won the fight that had many people excited, beating McGregor by TKO in the 10th round of their multi-million dollar boxing match. However, in the build-up to their fight, a lot of things were said that cannot simply be forgotten.
Take McGregor’s stab at Mayweather’s close friend, 50 Cent for example.
“50 Cent is a bitch!” McGregor exclaimed during the New York stop of the world tour press conference leading up to the fight. “You and 50 are two fake money bitches. He’s bankrupt and you’re about to be.”
50 Cent has thrown a few jabs at McGregor on social media in all the hype leading up to the fight. The rapper even posted a video of what he thinks a fight would look like if he and the current UFC lightweight champion threw down. We know that Nate Diaz and 50 acknowledged one another on social media against their common enemy.
50 was recently on the “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” show and the topic regarding McGregor’s verbal attack was brought up once again.
“Yeah he just got out there. I was like, this fool didn’t know if he was fighting Floyd or me,” said 50.
“Where did that come from, you know?” 50 Cent questioned. “But he was doing his job. He was putting on a show and making sure everybody was paying attention.”
Cohen then asked 50, “Do you think you could take him?”
“In the street? Yeah,” 50 replied like it was a no brainer. “Come on. He weighs 150 pounds man,” 50 said with a smile.
We know people are going to have a lot to say about this one. Let’s take this to the comment section.
