Cub Swanson: Swanson has earned the reputation as arguably one of the most exciting fighters in the UFC’s featherweight division. After losing his UFC debut to Ricardo Lamas in 2011, Swanson bounced back by going on a 6-fight win streak that saw him finish 4 of his 6 opponents, and earning 4 performance bonuses in the process. In 2014, Swanson had his win streak snapped by Frankie Edgar, who submitted Swanson in the 5th round. Following that, Swanson dropped a 3rd round submission loss to Max Holloway at ‘UFC Fight Night: Newark’ in 2015. He bounced back from the 2-fight skid by rattling off 4 straight wins, with the two most recent ones earning him ‘Fight of the Night’ honors for his unanimous decision wins over Choi Doo-Ho, and Artem Lobov.
