Included in the list of tickets was one for drag racing, something Jones vehemently denied. The same week, video surfaced of the encounter starting from the point where the officer began to approach Jones’ vehicle. Over the course of the 10 minute video, Jones repeatedly denies drag racing.

Jones was last arrested in March for violating his probation after receiving traffic violations in Albuquerque, New Mexico. With Jones’ recent potential USADA violation, TMZ reports that “a rep for the Bernalillo County DA’s Office says the Corrections Department (who oversees Jones’ probation) has decided not to pursue a violation because his sample wasn’t collected by them or the court.”
