Mike Goldberg will reportedly make last broadcasting appearance at UFC 207
After a period of speculation following reports that the UFC was looking to replace the ‘hype master’ style of commentary delivered by Mike Goldberg and Joe Rogan, reports are now surfacing that longtime UFC commentator Mike Goldberg will be making his last broadcasting appearance with the UFC this Friday at UFC 207.
UFC President Dana White recently stated that he was working on assembling what he believes to be the ‘dream team’ of commentary. While White didn’t mention who he was looking to have on board, he did praise Joe Rogan as the best commentator in the business, leading many fans to believe that Rogan would be staying on board. While there has been no further word on the matter since then, SB Nation’s Luke Thomas confirmed news this week that UFC 207 would indeed be Goldberg’s last appearance:
@Grabaka_Hitman it's true.

UFC 207 goes down Friday, December 30th, and will feature a women’s bantamweight title fight in the main event, where Ronda Rousey will look to reclaim the title as she steps into the Octagon against Amanda Nunes, who will be looking to make her first successful title defense since winning the belt in July.
In the co-main event, UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz will be looking to dispatch of undefeated Team Alpha Male prospect Cody Garbrandt in a highly anticipated grudge match.
