There is no doubt that Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor will make a ton of money from their superfight scheduled to take place on August 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

UFC President Dana White had estimated prior to the fight being officially announced that Mayweather would make north of $100 million for his role in the mega-million dollar match while McGregor would make $75 million. This is all depending on how the fight ends up selling as pay-per-view points will surely play a big role on how much money gets spread around to all the players involved in the fight.

Mayweather, who runs his own promotion for his fights is expecting to make a lot more than White’s estimate. On the All Access special featuring the two fighters, Mayweather chimed in on his comeback fight and the insane numbers that are coming along with it.

“Am I the highest paid athlete out there? And just coming back,” Mayweather stated. “And we not talking about no contract and I don’t knock nobody. We not talking about no contract for no four years, no contract for no five years. I can do it in 36 minutes. 300 or better in 36 minutes. You know, we just being real. Like I said before, I’m not hurting.”

TMZ went on to do the math if Mayweather does bring in 300 million for the fight with McGregor and if the fight does go the distance to 12 rounds, “Money” will make over $8 million a minute, or about $139,000 a second. Floyd Mayweather would likely still bring in the same amount of money even if he ends up losing the fight against McGregor.
