Sean O’Malley has responded to people who think his UFC 292 TKO win over Aljamain Sterling was stopped too early. O’Malley was fighting Sterling for the bantamweight title in the main event of UFC 292 in Boston. Heading into the fight, ‘Suga’ was a sizeable betting underdog, and not many fighters had confidence in him getting the job done.

Max Holloway says he has only been rocked one time in his UFC career. Holloway has been in the UFC since 2012 and has fought 27 times inside the Octagon going 20-7. In his MMA career, he has only lost once by stoppage and it was in his UFC debut by submission to Dustin Poirier. Outside of that, the other six losses have all come by decision, which is why ‘Blessed’ is considered one of the most durable fighters in the game.

John Fury, the dad of Tyson and Tommy Fury wasn’t too happy with the way the press conference was going on Tuesday. Tommy Fury and KSI held their press conference to promote their Oct. 14 fight, while Logan Paul was also there as well as his opponent Dillon Danis. With that, the press conference was full of trash talk and KSI took aim at the Fury family accusing Tyson Fury of ducking Oleksandr Usyk which John Fury wasn’t happy about.

Former UFC bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling will be back for Sean O’Malley. ‘The Funk Master’ returned to the cage opposite ‘Sugar’ over the weekend in the main event of UFC 292. Heading into the contest, Aljamain Sterling was riding a wave of momentum. Last defeating Henry Cejudo in May, he set the record for most title defenses in bantamweight history. Meanwhile, Sean O’Malley entered the bout off a controversial decision win over Petr Yan last October.

Porter entered that fight with a ton of confidence but got caught early in the first round and knocked out. It was UFC 292 that saw Sean O’Malley (17-1 MMA) vs. Aljamain Sterling (23-4 MMA) in a bantamweight title fight last Saturday, August 19th at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The outcome was a stunning second round knockout victory for ‘Suga’.

Mayra Bueno Silva has announced that she failed a drug test prior to her UFC fight with Holly Holm. It was just last month on Saturday, July 15th that Mayra Bueno Silva (11-2 MMA) defeated Holly Holm (15-7 MMA), in a bantamweight bout, by submission choke at 0:38 of round 2.

Alexander Volkanovski has his sights set on Ilia Topuria. Volkanovski was paying close attention to the UFC 292 main event, as Aljamain Sterling had said if he beat Sean O’Malley he was going to call out Volkanovski and fight for the featherweight title. It appeared the featherweight champ was interested in the fight, but Sterling suffered a second-round TKO loss to O’Malley to lose his belt.
